This issue is fixed now. Please either restart CC client services or reboot and the capture client end GUI will show "Online & Compliant" and you will be able to update policy.

This can be resolved by upgrading SentinelOne version to 4.2 or Later. Possible release for S1 version 4.2 or later will be around Jan 2021 timeframe. Thanks & Regards, Santosh.
