  • Hello , If configuration auditing is enabled then you will be able to see the logs in the Technical Support Report. Download the Report and then search for " Audit_START ".
  • Hello All, This Issue was fixed by Sonicwall Engineering Team yesterday evening hours. I've also checked this on two separate firewalls. There shouldn't be any more of these alerts coming up on the logs.

  • Hi @leohsu , The fix is actually a combination of both the Nx Clients and the Firmware upgrade. If the majority of the remote users are still operating with pre 10.2.331 then you will very likely continue to observe slower connection speeds to the firewall as reported.
  • Greetings @leohsu - welcome to the communities. The Issue rescribed by you is fixed in the 7.0.1-5080 firmware. Are all of the remote users on 10.2.331? or are some of the users perhaps on versions older versions of Nx clients?
  • Hi @sdeyoung , Sorry but i don't have a good update for you.....The direct import of the settings from TZ 215 to the TZ 370 is not supported. Also, the migration tool doesn't work for a GEN5 ( TZ 215 is a GEN5 product ) to a GEN7 ( the TZ370 ) If you decide to proceed with the current import, there might be problems later…
