@BWC 10.0.15 is 10.0.14 with an auto searchdb rebuild function built in if the version is less than 10.0.14 Nothing else.

You will always have upwards of 3 days data even if you set retention to only 1 day. Give the rebuild time. In some cases the last few percent can take a long time. If anything I would look for really old data that should have been cleared. That is normally the cause of issues like that. I tested MLFclean and it is working…

The searchdb has to be rebuilt in order to process all the messages that were not processed since Late Friday.

Hosted was updated already and should not be an issue. All on prem ES windows or appliance need to do the following. The SMTP code does not use anything from Apache. Please be watching the page for any updates on this issue. You will see updates to it throughout the day.

Everyone please remember that there will be no official comment to this issue here in the community due to this being a vulnerability. Also there will most likely be nothing on your Jira BWC until there is a formal announcement. We do not use Apache for SMTP either. The SMTP engine is our own coded product.

@BWC We can check with engineering but keep in mind that in most cases we cannot comment unless it's in release notes. Can you open a case for that and I can have Gailand follow up.

@BWC I will have to see what I can find out. I don;t think we have anything reported on it at the moment. However I do know that there are some instances where if there is anything in policy filters doing anything with compressed file types they may get missed due to being altered.
