@BWC It was resolved yesterday. You may want to try a reboot and also look at the MLFthumbupdate logs. If you don't see anything maybe call in and have a tech look into it.

@BWC Yes, it was just one DB sever having an issue and was resolved. DC You do not need to rebuild anything.

@ThK Just an FYI, We have been tracking this and do not have a clear understanding just yet of why this is happening. Some customers see it and others do not.

The changes made have been reverted for now while The team investigates a couple issues. We will look into making the IP changes at a later date for the moment.

@onax_pf Your issue is not the same as the one this was reported against, However any time there are line breaks in a message the Mail server has the option to refuse it depending on it's settings. Email Security does not modify emails that have line Breaks,, this would alter the Body Hash and cause DKIM failures.

The sending IP's were changed yesterday and it has taken a little time for the DNS propagation. I've asked the team that manages those changes to double check the records as well. @BWC 10.0.15 is 10.0.14 with an auto searchdb rebuild function built in if the version is less than 10.0.14 Nothing else.

@SonicAdmin80 Use the 64 bit upgrade file. the other one is mislabeled and is the OVA file to deploy a new VA. I informed Product Management about it already

You will always have upwards of 3 days data even if you set retention to only 1 day. Give the rebuild time. In some cases the last few percent can take a long time. If anything I would look for really old data that should have been cleared. That is normally the cause of issues like that. I tested MLFclean and it is working…

The searchdb has to be rebuilt in order to process all the messages that were not processed since Late Friday.
