I actually came here to ask the same question. I'm not going to install it if I don't know the reasons for it, so release notes are really helpful. It would be even handier if the changes were also listed in the e-mail announcements.

OK, I checked the usermap.xml file, and the aliases are in it. I tried sending e-mail to a couple of them again, and they are no longer bouncing. So my theory is that things were messed up in 10.0.10.6219 and then it took a while for them to be straightened out again after the installation of 10.0.10.6287.

Yes, it's currently on 10.0.10.6287. I upgraded it from 10.0.10.6219 on 5/14. It may have been occurring on the earlier build as well, but we didn't notice it until after the latest. (10.0.10.6219 was installed on 5/3.) It does however look like the last e-mail I received at one of the aliases attached to mine was 5/2.…

Thank you! That was the one place I hadn't looked. :)

Thanks, I appreciate the reply. I am reluctant to add any trusted senders right now, because recently we've had several senders that we've had correspondence with in the past that have had their e-mail accounts hijacked, and I'd hate to lose the protection against that. I'll wait to hear further from you about the response…

Although I should mention that DHA protection was still blocking e-mails to the new employees several hours after they had been added. It did resolve overnight, however.

Very good to know about the Refresh button! Thanks!

Thank you, that was very helpful!

Yes, it looks like the offending signature has been removed. Thanks!

Good to hear. They had it fixed for me shortly after I gave my serial number, and I now have it installed.

Thank you! :)

Thanks! :)

Well, it appears that only Sonicwall employees can see it. Could you please get that fixed?

I have the virtual appliance. Is it supposed to be available for that?
-
Yeah, I don't see it in either the Classic or Contemporary version of the Download Center:
