If I recall correctly from a discussion with support, the API call is built into the Firmware of the NSv. It is not configurable.

I have been taking snapshots of the Disk in Azure (Not the VM), haven't tested swapping a snapshot to the VM yet though.....

Just Deployed an NSV270 in Azure and I also can't lock down the Management on the WAN interfaces - this is crazy. The Deny Rules are matching but the Traffic still flows. Pretty much the most basic function of a firewall and it doesn't work?!
