  • The requirement must be met by adding a policy filter with unique parameters from the header of the email that you received. If you still require assistance, please let us know so that we can open a technical support case and assist you.
  • Check the licensing on the tenant where we are not seeing Dropbox. Is it licensed for Basic Package? In datasheet-sonicwall-cloud-app-security.pdf we can find the difference between Basic and Advanced package.
  • It is there. I can see it in my tenant.
  • Hello gussr16, I would go ahead and enable it with 190 GB of Storage. While enabling we need to consider the 'No. of emails' received/sent and their size. If you think you have a huge mail flow, go ahead and enable it for 7 days and monitor. If all good, increase it to 14 days and then to 30 days. Regards, Sam
  • Hi gussr16, We can see rejected emails under Investigate | Logs | Message Logs. Use the Location column from Message Logs to filter out Rejected, Bounced emails.
  • Hi BDEHOZ, Did you try unassigning the license to the mailbox user? Unassigning a license must prevent the scanning of the mailbox.
  • Hi ADZ, Are you using Anti-spam Service from firewall or Email Security Software? To resolve the issue, need to update the port used in the junk summary link. Refer to the article Unable to access the junk summary URL using TCP port 10080 | SonicWall Regards, Sam
