  • Hi @BWC , If you can download the usermap.xml file from that download logs section and open it in a word pad or notepad ++ format, it will list all the users that considered valid users for DHA. please make sure that the user in question is listed there.   • @vishmay_panchasara yes you can add users manually and here is a KB on how to go about it. You can add individual users or multiple users using import option as explained in the KB.
