  • Dear colleague , I did not touch any of the above. The application stopped working on its own, nothing came of the VM. In the meantime, I reinstalled the application on the new VM and now it works again. Best regards
  • Respected colleagues , i reinstalled sonicwall analytics which works fine but my timeline has status down. The device is properly registered via mysonicwall. I don't know what is causing the problem. Firewall added and reports running, license valid. Do you know what the problem is? Thank you. Best regards
  • Respected colleagues , thank you for your help. The problem was that during the installation of the external disk mount , I did not restart the VM via the menu on the console. After the VM restart, the external disk is mounted and the logs are written to it. Best regards
