Sonicwall analytics does not work properly

if I need to reinstall Sonicwall analytics can I use the existing activation key valid until 18.03.2023.
What is the procedure for this operation (regarding registration via mysonicwall)?

You will have to contact the SonicWALL technical support team before you can reuse your Authentication-Key and Serial-Number from your current Analytics installation.
The reason is that every installation of Analytics or GMS will generate an GUID (globally unique identifier) and that needs to be deleted on our backend by our support team before you can reuse your Authentication-Key and Serial-Number for the new installation as each installation will generate a new GUID.
The GUID is there to make sure that the same Authentication-Key and Serial-Number is not used for multiple installations.

i reinstalled sonicwall analytics which works fine but my timeline has status down.
The device is properly registered via mysonicwall.
I don't know what is causing the problem.
Firewall added and reports running, license valid.
Do you know what the problem is?
