Site B went straight out to the internet and not through the VPN Site A did not go through the SonicWall and when straight to the vendor's router

If the previous company set up an online backup from the firewall to sonic wall, will that back up allow me to restore the configuration?

I installed and configured it but i keep getting Error: "Access Denied - please contact your administrator"
