Correct, the settings do not limit the links in the junk summary, they can be clicked but do not do anything.

All of the settings pertaining to what users can do from the Junkbox summary are in the summary settings page.

Make sure that User Account Control is disabled on the server the junkstore is installed on. If it was installed while UAC was on you may need to reinstall it.

PLease try using a different browser. We have noticed lately with updates to various browsers that they do not properly refresh that specific area.

@BWC Please keep in mind that there are 2 kinds of IP reputation. One that blocks the connecting IP and one that considers the sending IP to be spam. Appears this was sent into our systems as spam on Nov 2020. For now I greylisted that IP but in the future for something like this you can always add teh sender IP to teh…

@BWC Yes, it is. You can supress the alerts under the System monitoring page if you wish. I do not have any further information on it at this time and waiting for an update from the backend teams.

@bitops this is your clue to the issue at hand. 554 No SMTPd here This error means that the sending IP is listed in the IP Reputation database. Thus the connection is blocked. The most likely cause for this is not following best practices such as having a PTR record for the sending IP. There can be a multitude of things…

There are a couple fixes for HES. 1 item added for on prem which is the ability to uncheck the boxes for TLS 1.3. For something like this we normally will not update the release notes.

If you had the WEB UI logs in debug it would have listed some kind of reason in there for the failure to run. In many cases it has run out of memory which is why the reboot then allows it to work.

It shouldn;t take very long to complete. If you still see it after 10 minutes log back in, reboot it manually and reapply the upgrade. Keep in mind you cannot have a renamed file, it has to be the exact name we give it when downloaded to work.

It is a backed issue. They have been informed and are looking into it. You need to do nothing on your end.

@JohnG I do not have anything specific to the 7th Gen UTM at the moment but here is one for 6th which you should be able to apply the same way.
