SSL VPN connection error after some time

Hello again,
New issue for me...
So after some time, it can be 1 week or 2 weeks users start getting this error:
And no one can log in to the SSL VPN.
All other services are working. Only the SSL VPN service stops working. I have to restart the firewall for it to start working again.
Any advise?

What firmware version are you running? I believe 6.5.4.3 or similar had this issue and was fixed in 6.5.4.6.
Read the release notes.
I'm running the latest version for TZ 670s version 7.0.1-r1262
I'm also running 2 TZ 670s in HA, and I just need to restart one of the TZs, if that makes any sense.

Same issue here. It has going on since we upgraded from Gen 6 firewalls to Gen 7 TZ470's. We have 2 in an HA pair running 7.0.1-R1456 now and SSLVPN will stop working after about 2 weeks. We failover to the standby unit and then reboot our primary and fail back to get SSLVPN working again. We have had a couple support tickets and hotfixes from support but nothing is a long term fix.
The Virtual Access portal is also unresponsive until a reboot.

Try to upgrade to the latest firmware release. it might be resolve the above issue.
