Capture Client on Servers

We have 2 servers that run File Cabinet and UltraTax. Ever since we installed ATP on the servers the programs have started to run really slow. We've added all the exclusions we could but it still runs slow. Has anybody ran into this issue before and is there something I'm missing?

    I dont see any such similar issues reported. Could you please provide below details?

    1. What if the CC version that you are running?
    2. What is the OS on the server?
    3. Is the issue specific to only these two servers or multiple servers?

    It's on the latest, which I believe is 3.1.1

    It's Server 2016

    I've had 2 other clients who have had the same issue, I uninstalled it for one them because it was more urgent. I have a ticket to Support but they're slow on getting back to me.

    @Wilson - I'm assuming you checked out these articles from Thomson Reuters

    There seems to be special guidance for SQL Usage for File Cabinet and something our Local Performance Improvement for Ultratax.

    If none of those work, Support should be asking you to collect some debug logs so that we can escalate the case to SentinelOne as well for further validation

    Yes I have gone through it and added exclusions based on that link already.
