Cannot add unit to Analytics On-Prem

Hey.
I'm trying to add a TZ300 unit to Analytics 2.5.
The thing is I can't. On Analytics side, when I fill the information about model, serial number and click on add it simply returns to the same page.
On firewall side I have configured as manual shows but I get the message:
Any ideias about this?
I enabled Zero Touch on the firewall but no luck either.
My Analytics is behind a VPN but both of then are talking to each other, since I can ping and it's synchronised.

Got it working! I was using the 2019 version... Updated and it added the firewalls. Thanks!

In case this is the first device that you are trying to add, can you please try restarting the Analytics server and see if that helps.

I tried to do that but no lucky, restarted the whole server too.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in response, I would have tried disassociating the firewall from theAnalyzer and re-associate only Analytics in my test setup, but this being a production setup, I would rather suggest you to contact our Support team and they would be more than happy to help you.
