NSA2600 Firewall Blocking Access to Epic Games Download Server?
Hello,
I am new to working with Sonicwall firewalls and I am having some issues with downloading Unreal Engine from the Epic Games Launcher.
The only clue I have is the following error messages from the Epic Game Launcher.
[2021.09.07-23.35.41:439][147]LogHttp: Warning: 00000178D8A29840: libcurl info message cache 1 ( Trying 23.44.205.26...)

[2021.09.07-23.35.41:439][147]LogHttp: Warning: 00000178D8A29840: libcurl info message cache 5 (Closing connection 107)
[2021.09.07-23.35.41:626][153]LogHttp: Warning: 00000178D8A29D40: request failed, libcurl error: 56 (Failure when receiving data from the peer)
I attempted to use the built in packet capture tool and I see TCP IP packets being forwarded to and from the download server and none of them are showing their status as dropped. The download still fails though.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

What firmware version are you running? Do you have any security services enabled? You haven't given us much info.
We are running SonicOS Enhanced 6.5.4.8-89n. No security services enabled.
Have you tried downloading from a different connection? It sounds like the firewall is passing the traffic appropriately.
