Can no longer connect to NetExtender to my SMA500v

Still in testing phase with my SMA500v appliance, and while it allowed me to connect for a while, I was poking around trying to remove the "Disconnect" option on netexntender; this is meant for Always On VPN purposes. I can no longer connect i get message: "The server is not reachable. The server may be down or your internet settings may be down"
What does this mean what is causing it. Thank you

@ljohnson055 same issue here. SMA portal with https is working. Not an netextender connection. several customers report this...
@ljohnson055 maybe this comes from and microsoft update ?
