Ever since I NetExtender updated to 10.2.319 I have been having issues on my Windows 7 machine. The most prevalent being "Initialing engine..failed". How can I resolve this?

So basically, Windows 7 is not supported and I need to downgrade (how?) and then stop auto-updates??
I just downgraded to 10.2.315 and now NetExtender gets stuck on the screen "Connecting...Preparing..."
