What is the appropriate action to take when the Sandbox doesn't respond in a timely manner?
Message in log regarding a more than 1 minute attempt to "sandbox" a 33 KB pdf file:
Gateway Anti-Virus Status: File sent to Sandbox, but could not confirm receipt due to highly delayed acks. Time-wait timer expired waiting for receipt confirmation for filename: inv-11604824.pdf
I want to know if this is a back-end SonicWall issue that requires them to update their infrastructure?
Or do I have to take some action on my end - and if so, what exactly?
