  • Yes, PIA is an IPSec VPN. I have worked with PIA support on this issue. From what I can gather, PIA is working as designed. Even if I clear PIA out of the system tray (quit the app), the GVC will not connect unless I reinstall the split tunnel filter each time before starting GVC. Obviously I don't know the technicalities…

  • Thank you for your quick response. Apparently an update to the Private Internet Access VPN client is causing this issue. Long story short, I can circumvent the connection problem by disconnecting the PIA VPN and reinstalling the PIA split tunnel filter each time before using the GVC. Disconnecting the PIA VPN then…
