  • Hi @BWC , Thanks, will keep this in mind! The firmware has been upgraded to R1262 already. Didn't change anything unfortunately. The technician had to leave, so I'll have to wait until next week before doing further tests. Luckily the old SonicWall is still running. Chris
  • Hi @BWC, Thanks for the quick response! Yes, I've changed the typo in the Monitor Filter. The colleague onsite checked the credentials twice. But I will ask to check once more with their provider to rule this out. Can it really be that the export/import is messing with the credentials here? Chris
