• Thanks @preston and @Saravanan I'm sorted now. I was incorrectly adding diag after system: https://ipadress/sonicui/7/m/mgmt/system/diag which was my probem. Both these do indeed work: https://ipadress/sonicui/7/m/diag and https://ipadress/sonicui/7/m/mgmt/settings/diag

• I also tried this method but manually altering the url to apend diag forces a logout too.
