  • Thanks @sdeyoung Please check this kb for the config: How to restrict the web access based on a passphrase action in CFS 4.0 | SonicWall If you have the config the same way, I would suggest to call our support line so we can take a deeper look,
  • Hi @sdeyoung Is the site you are testing with HTTPS? Do you have HTTPS blocking in CFS profile object under advanced tab?
  • Hi @snovvman I do not believe we have a log entry specific to this. You can check in the log settings under Network DHCP Client and server settings to see what options are available. I checked myself and didnt see one to match what you are looking for, There is a few options under the dhcp server in the log setting you can…
  • Hi @SCMCI Thanks for the info and screenshots. - I believe you have removed the domain information from the pic - but to confirm - is the domain in the DNS search list inputted?
  • Hi @SCMCI Are you using mobile connect or Net extender client?
  • Hey John, No worries! possible something blocking incoming or outgoing packets on that pc regarding the ssl ports? Either way, glad you narrowed it down.
  • Hi @entr0py Thanks for providing the screenshot. Unfortunately, there is not too much to go on. Please call our support line with the serial number of this device and one of our SMA specialists will be able to collet some debug logs and OS info to help further troubleshoot this.
  • Hi @JohnCureton Thats odd that you can reach the virtual office page from the same device but getting server may be down on NX. Can you run a packet capture on the firewall with the source being your public ip to see if the firewall is receiving packets and if there is any drops?
  • Hi @DSimard , For this type of issue I would recommend calling the SonicWALL Support line as this seems like a unique issue where the device is auto shutting down.
  • Thanks @entr0py , Could you please also check the NetExtender logs? On the bottom left hand corner, you should see a button with a page on it and it should bring up the NX logs. *Edit - I just saw you mentioned "Upon clicking the NetExtender button in the client portal" Is this the virtual office portal?
  • No problem @bkcci ! Do those sites have a site to site vpn connection by any chance? If they do, you can set up a sort of hub and spoke - You would have Firewall A connected to Firewall B via Site to site VPN, then have the VPN client connect to Site A, and within the config of the Site to site and VPN client settings, you…
  • Hi @entr0py , Which logs did you check, the SMA or the net extender logs?
  • Hi @bkcci You can have both installed, but I believe you would not be able to use both at the same time. What is your requirement? When you say different servers, are those servers behind the same Sonicwall Firewall? Or at different sites?
  • Hi @CROVERT , NetExtender does not support ARM at the moment - Although it will be coming in an upcoming version. For the moment, you can try Mobile connect in the windows store - but please do note it is end of life and not supported anymore - but it should still work.
  • Hi @Simon_Weel You can try using the browser debug tools by hitting F12 on the keyboard - using the network and console tabs open when clicking on different items in ADP that gives you errors, to see if there is any errors showing on either tab. This should give you some info to go on and then check on the firewall. Also,…
