@JCK Going through the history on this post again to regain some details - I know you are getting an arp drop, but do you know the specific port that the print jobs would use? I would suggest a capture based on that first as the arp drop could be something secondary or not needed at all. If not able to get this working for…

Hi @JohnR , You could try Mobile connect in the windows store, but do note it is end of life and not supported anymore.

Hi @pberlanda Are you trying to open these ports for outbound communication? Do you have any restricting LAN to WAN access rules? By default, LAN to WAN should be open for clients behind the firewall to be able to communicate out to the internet. Let me know.

Glad that worked @pschmitz ! I'm not sure - could have been a caching issue. What firmware you are currently on? I haven't seen this issue in the past but curious to know which version you are running.

Arp bridging should be enabled by default but you can check on the diag page. You can navigate to it via the address bar: example: 192.168.168.168/diag.html it should be the first option under arp settings

Hi @pschmitz , Could you try putting the self signed cert in both areas you mentioned and try deleting the expired one to see if it will delete? then apply the new one after this. Let me know if it works.

Hi @Blutarsky , Can you run a packet capture when trying to airplay (make it specific to the destination ip) - let me know if there are any drops. Also if you could check the event logs with the source ip as well.
-
Hi @JCK Do you have any bridges on any of the interfaces? like L2 bridge on X2 by any chance?
-
Hi @MartinStu Have you ran a packet capture on both firewalls at the same time? If not, please start troubleshooting with this as it should give some information on whats going on.
-
Hi @JCK , You might need to call support for deeper troubleshooting - but please check for the local ip in the ARP table if it is showing up there. If it is, give Sonicwall support a call as we would need to troubleshoot a bit deeper based on the drop code.

Hi @KMBIT You can check the BWM monitor under real time charts (Under the monitor tab on Gen7 firewall) but this will only give you the last 10 minutes of information. If you are looking for historical data, you would need to look into something like Sonicwall Analytics.

Can you check portshield groups to see if X0 is in a portshield group? If possible if you could post a screenshot as well please.

Under the user Joe's VPN access tab, is LAN subnets also there?

You can use route based with any firewall on the remote side - it just needs to be configured correctly. I'm not sure what the correlation is here between the tunnel to Azure and AWS. If these are 2 different VPN policies, with 2 different remote gateways and different remote networks, there should be no issue. If the…

You should be able to connect to both Azure and AWS using the same WAN interface on the firewall - why could you not do it? What issues did you face?
