@pr21 you should come from wan with a different port to get natted to 1.20 try thing2.thing1.com:4443 so NAT external port 4443 to internal port 443 for thing1.com(:443) is NAT original port to internalport same also original. --Thomas

I got an reply from this guy : also i switched off the policy only all former well known usb sticks could be used. I had the idea that cc then ignores the devicesettings and he could use the new stick . but i failed. Cc seems to igore the policy updates for usb control since 3.6.34 —Thomas

It never was that perfect solution the time til a new usb stick could be configured and updating the policy was sometimes a mess. @BWC I confirm. The Backups listed in the Firewall til version 6.5.4.8 on 6.5.4.9 the list ist empty. On MSW I deleted the available backups of a TZ500 (licenseless) all from 2020 and 2021.
