Hi @Concorde Is the certificate on the SSLVPN device you are connecting to a self signed cert? BigSur is very picky about certs. When you try to connect if you look at the cert details on the Mac and tell it to trust that cert, it will likely clear the issue. Alternately you can get a CA signed cert.

@bwc I checked and engineering management has directed the engineer on SMA-2517 to ensure the fix is integrated in 10.2.0.8 before they can close that engineering ticket. Unfortunately I still have not even a swag as to when 10.2.0.8 will be released.

@BWC You have a good point Michael. I agree that GeoIP blocking the US should not render the SMA unusable. At a minimum the system should white list the necessary back end sources that are required to keep the SMA 500v operational. There was an engineering ticket opened against this issue in 10.2.0.2. It was fixed in 10.2.0.4. SMA-2011 I would recommend 10.2.0.6-32sv available in MySonicWALL.com. If this issue is still seen I'd ask you to open a support case so it is analyzed and resolved incase this is a regression.

Hi @ThK You need to disable EPC for each of those users under Local Users, select the user and under the EPC tab disable EPC for that user.
