  • Hi @Poorni_5 We have raise the case with sonicwall support. Sonicwall engineer RAM was working on it. He filed DTS with development team for this issue. yet we haven't get any update from dev team
  • @Saravanan1990_V and we are not login into the firewall we checked in GMS only by clicking on manage tab.
  • @Saravanan1990_V Yes. we are using GMS super admin account for login and we are observing this issue only for one firewall and for rest other firewall users and groups are visible.
  • Yes.. Anlaytics 2.5 is quite good as compared to analyser. I did POC of analytics 2.5 at customer place and it was successful. Customer is also happy after seeing our new analytics User interface and reporting.

  • @shiprasahu93 @Saravanan1990_V issue is resolved now. In firewall logs i found UDP flooding on port 500 and 4500. So i just increase threshold value for UDP flood protection to 20000. And after that I am getting proper ping response
  • @Saravanan1990_V I dont think there is network overlapping because i tested o multiple user machine and get same kind of ping response.Also we are using 194.195.10.0 network for GVC user which is desperate dhcp scope not configured on any firewall interface. I didnt get your second point. Which rule i need to check in…
  • @shiprasahu93 GVC is running on split tunnel mode. this is not a new set up till yesterday it i working fine. From today only we are getting started facing this kind of issue.Yes For all devices in lan we are facing this issue.
  • Hi @shiprasahu93 Yes the username is same while testing for sslvpn and GVC. No there is no IP overlap. we are using different dhcp scope for GVC network also Yes. All GVC users are currently affected. We are using latest GVC client version
