12.4.1 will support SAML Group attribute, on 12.4, you can workaround this by using LDAP and sync SAML data.

Does the switch have a route to the firewall? Do you have a route for the 10.10.10.0/24 network on the firewall pointing to the switch IP on a shared segment? You likely don't have one which means the firewall will send the reply packet out its default gateway (ISP) or the switch won't forward it to the FW.

Usually this means there is a networking issue or you have the wrong DHCP address populated. Were you able to open a case and sort this out?

DEAG does not support wildcards (see kb below). If your goal is to use DEAG with O365, please use the network ranges instead.

@jst3751, your regex "\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}" is fine, it works for me. Your problem is either you don't have app control enabled, or enabled on the zone or you are making a request via HTTPS when you have selected HTTP in your rule as the service.

@Enzino78, only SonicWaves can be managed by WCM, there is no plan for SonicPoint due to EOS dates.
