Got feedback from support. Latest macOS/SentinelOne version should be Monterey compatible. will gather more feedback (and logs) from the affected users. so far the common thing -> they are all running on the Apple M1 processor, one user affected by the issue, even on Big Sur 11.2.3

I applied for the HF via support ticket on Feb 26. more or less immediately and without any further logs etc got the patch for TZ400 still waiting for TZ600, NSA2600, NSA4600 guess i wont see those until a new firmware is out that hopefully contains the fix.

Getting used to it. i have currently 8 support cases open with bugs in the CC 3.5 Envirnoment and we are only using it for not even one month. sometimes i wondered if we are the only client on v3.5 with such obvious errors in the management console...

Thanks Michael it's a new account, we started with v 3.5. i tried to decommision the "old" entry, but it decommissioned both devices. for other users that claim they changed the username (cleanup of fancy names), still only the old name shows up. can i somehow force a "refresh" of the device infos from the management…
