Yes. I have even tried with the firewall disabled.

The issue persists. The Appliance has the latest firmware, however, their Sonicwall support has ended and they are just looking to get a new unit so we'll see if that fixes the issue. In the meantime the user has to continuously enter their credentials each time they use NetExtender. The solution has not been found as of…

It is the latest version of NetExtender. No recent updates to the SonicWall. This is recent but then so is the user. She is the only one using NetExtender. The other user is using the GlobalVPN client and has no issues.

Thanks, Preston. You MUST be an administrator to install a network protocol in Windows. This is happening across a number of machines, not just 1. We have 63 VPN seats. Thanks for all the help, though. We'll continue to investigate this, further.

The issue we've had is in some cases the USER tries to create the profile and, because it's saved, tries to log the user in. We are unable to modify the profile...we just get an error message from NetExtender that the server cannot be contacted or other similar error. Then we cannot modify the settings :-( . If we delete…

That's exactly how our SSL VPN configuration looks on our NSA 2650. The problem we have is once a connection is made (good or bad) it cannot be added to (i.e. there's no way to add a 2nd connection profile). This is easy to do with the Global VPN client but we cannot figure out HOW to add an additional profile (or replace…

I cannot find that screen in the NetExtender client settings, anywhere.

Follow up note: We modified the NetExtender NIC properties and this works WONDERFULLY! It's persistent, across all profiles, too. Awesome fix. Thank you VERY MUCH! Now users can connect to the VPN and change their domain passwords and reconnect mapped network drives. This is EXACTLY what we were looking (and hoping) for!

Wow, seriously? The only way to add a VPN profile in NetExtender is a REGISTRY HACK?

I'll try this but I wonder if this will "stick" once the VPN is closed. If it does, then this is the solution. If it does NOT then this won't work. There are 50+ employees that work remotely and it's impractical to connect and set this up every time they connect to the VPN.
