No IPS signature for this "access" ?

Looks like there is an update. Compromised "admin" credentials just doesn't sound good.

Hey @Terri Can we please have a time-frame for the next "installment" ? Thanks, S.

There little is this thread that helps me to deal with this... SonicWALL are saying that they are open about this issue but we really understand nothing about how we have been compromised... Of course we have all been using 2FA and Geo-IP, but where does that fit in to this new picture...? There is a major lack of…

We are going to need better information than this and fast.

@BWC , Just we had an NSA2600 with that problem.. went thorugh all the calls, console cables, notebooks connected.. (you know the drill) , even after an RMA it happened again - but it wasn't every other day as it had been as I recall. Then we upgraded the client to NSA2650 and rebuilt the firewall.. it didn't come back.…

Hey @BWC , Please accept my apologies up front. :) Have you tried to completely rebuild the firewall? (Manually) Best, Steph.

We are still on 10.0.6 .. too scared to go to 10.0.9.. Still no action on 10.0.10 .. Hopefully they fix this EDNS issue on that release and SPF works properly.

Hey @ISDPCMAN , A lot of it really depends on what you are going to do with it. With the GEN6 units, you really needed to go for a TZ400 or better to be able to get reliable bandwidth over 100Mbps (fibre connected). TZ300 just didn't cut it at least on later revisions of firmware. The new GEN7 units on the other hand have…

Only if they also add NSA2700... ??

Hey @Larry , I get that, but the TLS 1.3 support is quite compelling.. if you are doing(or trying) DPI-SSL and all the security features it kind of rounds it out.. the beta's we have been running have been pretty stable. In many ways, if your not on the bleeding edge your probably not doing any security.

@Geo , It is gone in 9.x
