It should be $50 per additional single license or you can puchase blocks of 5, 10, 50, or 100 at slightly discounted rates. You can log into your MySonicWall account and find your device under tennant products. Go into the device, click on licenses, find GVC licenses, and there should be a "buy" button that will allow you…

If the device was previously used as part of a Secure Upgrade than I do not believe that you will be able to register it under your Mysonicwall account. If that is the case, I do not know if support would be able to assist you or not.

It looks like firmware 7.0.0-R713 was released today for Gen7 appliances and is available on MSW. The release notes specify that the following two issues have been resolved: The error message "Command 'no network-address ipv6' does not match" is displayed when configuring SSLVPN Client settings. GEN7-14706 Settings on the…

Hello @BWC and @shiprasahu93 Thank you for the replies. I figured that was the best way to go, just wanted some confirmation. Thank you again!

@Enzino78 I ran into this today as well. I configured the X0 port on my TZ570 as the main LAN interface (192.168.1.x) with a sub-interface, VLAN100 (192.168.100.x). I then created the Voice VLAN network on the switch with a DHCP pool for it. I plugged a Polycom VoIP phone into port 48 of the switch after I had configured…

I can confirm the issue is still ongoing. I am setting up a new TZ570 this morning and upgraded it to 7.0.0-R464 and ran into the same SSLVPN issues. I then upgraded to a previously supplied hotfix firmware from SonicWall support and rebooted the device and I can now finish configuring SSLVPN. You should open a case with…

I believe your only option with MacOS is to use the SonicWall Mobile Connect app that is found in the App store. I have set this up for a few of my customers with Macbooks and it seems to work pretty well. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sonicwall-mobile-connect/id822514576

I ended up receiving a hotfix firmware from support that resolved this issue for me. The firmware was SonicOS 7.0.0-R464-H17127-45. Once I applied the hotfix, I was able to configure SSLVPN without needing to edit any IPV6 settings. Support did inform me that 7.0.0-R464 should resolve this so you may try upgrading from…

Just in case anybody else runs into this issue. I did reach out to SonicWall support. The technician informed me that the dev team is currently aware of this issue. He told me that this issue should be fixed in the next firmware release but did not have an ETA. They will attempt to provide a hotfix later in the week.
