Tenant is not name but a ID , you need to get ID info from browser debug once you login to NSM from browser.

@BWC Thanks for update, good to know its working now. We can sync the signatures from backend if needed for CSC. for on-prem you can sync signatures from AppFlow GMSFlow Server and Sync Server option.

@daniel_lilja To check the session logs, device must be licensed for NSM Advanced or CSC Analytics. You can simply can click on binocular on App or src IP for drill down, that will open new window and you can select log from upper right hand corner to check session logs:
