Hi thanks for the quick reply. It seems there is really low traffic on the sonicwall. Especially for a NSA 3650 It seems support would be the best choice, Hopefully they react quick.

A pity nobody can answer :-( It seems you need to install a second instance of the GMS with flow enabled (as Flow Server) and integrate this one into the current AIO Instance.

in the SGMS -> System Setup -> Managment -> Flow Agent it shows No Flow Server Found: And Device Manager also tells us: No Flow Server Agent is detected in the GMS Deployment: Do we have to change from Console to Console -Flow Server in the UMA under Deployment: If yes, what will this affect? We still need to read the…

Hey TKWITS, that sounds interesting. Could you explain this a little further. I was testing SSL VPN and what I dont like about it that our users could install and use it on their private Devices, what I want to avoid. With GVC I am using a password secured .rfc file which only I import to the GVC on the users profile and…

Hi BWC thanks for mentioning this. I also saw that, but could only find the Upgrade and Install files not hotfix or update file. I am currently on version 9314.1242 (the one from 08.02.2021 seems to be 9316.1261) @Sonicwall: Can you tell us how to get the hotfix and update and where to find the changelog?

We have a similar issue when doing rightclick on a sonicwall and Re-assign Agents The appliance stays grey with a dot in the center.

We had some simliar issue with Win 10 1803,1809,1903 on some PCs with the upgrade to 1909 or 20H2 and an update of the LAN/WiFi drivers this issue was solved.

Our service partner said Sonicwall recommends Flow based. One advantage should be that you see the live session. With syslog you only the the data after the connections closed not while they are still active.

Maybe you can talk to your ISP and ask which MTU you should use on your side connection to the ISP device. And maybe set speed and duplex to a fix value instead of auto-neg

We have some similar issues with an NSA Sonicwall. When both sides are connected via GVC and someone is calling the other user in the moment the other user answer the call by accepting it his connections break and he needs mostly to reboot his PC.
