@AmanChanpura , Can you post here the both end configuration for identifying the exact issue? Is there any back end ISP modem any one of the location? which can block the VPN traffic.

@avoakrabian, As the isp mentioned, my pppoe account has been added to a pool where I receive random public IPs each time. --> Inform the ISP to reserve /Bind one of the Public IP with your WAN interface MAC address. The above step I did for one of the Lebanon based client and its worked well.

@Simu, You can configure your NAS as VPN server using for L2TP/IPSec, OpenVPN or PPTP protocol but i dont think so you can make tunnel in between Firewall. Please see the below KB from Synology.
