Hi @DOAN,
Unfortunately, no other direct approach to report the vulnerability but there is an alternate option. You may report this to our support team via email or phone. The Support team should be able to pass this to the concerned team on your behalf.
Please make sure you got access to Firewall's management and especially the TSR, EXP and Vulnerability report.
