How do I log into the Primary NAs 2650 ?
Hello Team,
I want to thank you for all your help, Shiprashu93, BWC,and Saravanan.
I have extended the login time and thank you very much, Shiprashu93 !!!
I think both NAs 2650 are configured for redundancy.
How do I log into the primary NAs 2650?
How do I enable the primary NAs 2650 console port from the Gui?
I have to fix the Missing ( Audit Record ) Icon.
Is there any basic SonicWall course out there?
I checked on Udemy and there are not many courses for SonicWall.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Faye

SARAVANA,
Thank you for the fast response.
The previous person configures the Primary firewall as Standby and the Secondary firewall as Active.
Does it mean the Secondary firewall becomes the Primary firewall?
Thanks,
Faye.

Hello SARAVANAN,
That is mean the firewalls are missing the ( Auditing Records ) Icon.
Since I started work for the company I always access the Secondary firewall until the IT director told me that we no longer received an alert email when group members modify the system.
I begin to investigate the firewall and found the guy SEBATIAN posted on SonicWALL in the past.
Both firewall image version is 6.5.1.3-12n
Do you think to upgrade both firewall image will restore the missing ( Auditing Records ) Icon?
Please advise.
Thanks,
Faye.

Hi @FAYE,
I saw the support case of the post that you have shared. It seems like firmware upgrade to 6.5.4.6 or higher version resolves the issue. Please proceed with the firmware upgrade when you have down time.
Hope this helps.

Hello SARAVANAN,
Thank you very much for the information!!!
Do you know any website that has a SonicWall course?
All firewalls we have are on our network and they are pre config by somebody and the person is no longer working in the company.
I know many companies after installing the network do not want people to get into their system.
But as a networker, we are constantly monitoring the company network especially we are using many VM for the company servers.
There are many network configurations.
I am not good at SonicWall and the Ip routing is my problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Faye.
