in my opinion you did an downgrade, because the 10.2 branch is "technically newer" than the 10.0 branch. I'am not sure that this is supported and intended but I guess you got confused because of the release date of 10.0.0.4 which is newer than 10.2, but for a different branch (which are currently 3 of them right now).
If you have a system backup (or exported configuration) I would suggest you go back to 10.2 and hope 10.2.0.1 comes soon.
