Global VPN Licensing Issue

I have a TZ105 with 1 Global VPN license, it says, Licensed, Max Count- 5        Count- 1. I have a 5 User license but the system will not update, saying The activation keys entered exceed the maximum count of 5 licenses allowed for this service. Is there a way to remove the single license so that I can enter the 5 user license?
