Just trying to understand how to set Starlink as a GEOIP Option.
Steph, that is an excellent question. AFAIK Starlink is offering static IPs as well, maybe they are geolocated differently than the pool addresses?
On of my customers is installing a Starlink in the next days and I can report back.

Hey There!
Yep. I got someone going on a trip and the airline provides WiFi through Starlink by the sounds (well at least until Elon has a spaz).
Best, S ;
We have multiple customers with Starlink and GeoIP just shows them as being in the country that they're in on the whois [the installs are fixed and not roaming around].
The use case is via an AIRLINE (Air New Zealand) while travelling internationally on a plane.
