NAT access is not possible with Multiple IP address WAN

I am being provided by the ISP with a trunk connection with 2 vlans for WAN as follows:
VLAN 818: subnet /25
VLAN 605: subnet /26
Currently, I am connecting the ISP trunk to port X1 and creating 2 Sub-Interface vlan 818 and 605 with IP Static/subnet.

I have performed NAT to another IP address located in the Subnet, used Wizards, performed Static ARP Entries, but still cannot access it, I see in the system log it says IP Spoof.

So what is the problem in my case, please help me.

Can you just clarify, does access to the internet from the firewall itself work?

I am not sure if you should be able to see anything in ARP entries in a VLAN on PPPoE.

TBH I don't think I've seen VLANs-over-PPPoE before. Plenty of it the other way around though.
