We have upgraded firmware version from Version 7.0.1-5145 to 7.0.1-5161 and getting issue

Hello Folks,

Hope everyone doing well here.

We have upgraded firmware version from Version 7.0.1-5145 to 7.0.1-5161 and getting error of SSL. Attached file here if anyone can review and provide precious suggestion.

    @sukarechhe I'am seeing this as well on some deployments. In my case it's related to SSO (authentication) to the Firewall.

    Is this happening for regular WAN traffic in your case?

    I had enabled SSO but as of now it's in disabled mode and still getting this error. logs is of LAN-to-LAN

    When I had non-standard information reported in the log, working with the Support CSR I had to revert to the Gen6 GUI, check the log to see correct information, then return to the Gen7 GUI.

    Log on to your firewall
    Change the URL to <ip address:port>/sonicui/7/m/diag and press Enter
    Click the Internal Settings button
    Search for 'Management Settings'
    Change the value for "SonicUI7 as default management GUI" to off
    Optionally, reboot the firewall
    Log on to your firewall
    Check to see if the problem persists

    • if all is good, you are done
    • if it still exists, continue working with Support

    Change the URL to <ip address:port>/diag.html
    Click the Internal Settings button
    Search for 'Management Settings' and revert the value for the SonicUI7
    Optionally, reboot the firewall
