Connecting to CSE Control Center - stuck
Is anyone else having trouble connecting to the CSE Control Center in Europe (Germany)?
When trying to access from CSC it spins forever and not going forward. I already tried different browsers, but same outcome. The official status page does not show any outage.
I already opened a ticket, but no reply so far.

Long story short, the issue was that my CSE org was scheduled for deletion on Oct 2nd because my trial keys expired earlier on. On Oct 1st I activated my retail keys for 1 year, but due to a bug the CSE got deleted anyways.
After a long journey with the very helpful Technical Support Team we figured this out, SNWL fixed the issue and I needed to create a new CSE setup, which is not a big deal, because it wasn't in production.
Word of advice, don't let your CSE licenses expire, even if you renew in the notification time period! Don't poke the bear.

I see that you are currently interacting with a support engineer. Is the issue still persisting?
Hi @Community Manager ja the problem is still ongoing, I provided all information I had. It seems like some authentication glitch specific to my deployment because others I spoke to do not have that kind of issue.
