I have a mysonicwall account the I have the password of and have two-factor authentication turned on. My email provider went out of business so I no longer have access to that email.
While I work with our customer service team I'm sure they will ask if you have physical access to the device to pull a TSR to confirm you are the admin. Let me know.
I am in a similar situation. My company email address changed and now the redirector no longer works. I didn't realize I had the old email address until I went to log in and the 2 factor goes to the wrong address. How can I update my email address? I still have full access to the firewall but unable to download updates or add new licenses.
