  On the other hand you could configure SPAM submission addresses and your users forward the mail by themself.

  Hello Michael@bwc,
  Thank you for your email. You are talking about false positives on email security appliance.
  I am talking about a real spam email which has been missed by sonicwall spam protection CSS.
  I would like to submit the sample so that they can add this for blocking.
