-Updated to latest cilent version on user's computer
-Internet speed test is normal
-Logs indicated as

Could Indonesia be blocking VPN access, is there any alternatives or work-arounds?

@PeterParker can you connect to the server address via Browser or is this not working too?
You should see a LoginPage (if not disabled). If there is a MITM-Proxy for any reason you might see this as well in an unexpected certificate.

make sure the server IP address with custom SSL port is defined.
As well as check the Firewall is enabled the SSL VPN.
For testing try to use another ISP and do the test.
I'm situated in another country, server address has no issue when remoting, Do you mean from the remote user PC 's instead?
-Looks like SSL VPN is live and the port is already defined.
-User was in hotel, and now in villa. VPN still doesn't work even though ISP has changed.
@PeterParker I was not clear in my statement, sorry for that. I meant can you access the SSL VPN Server (SonicWall VirtualOffice) via Browser from the same system your trying to access by NetExtender? https://wanip:4433
