I want unblock windows update services on my firewall

I am writing to report an issue with my firewall (SonicWALL) that prevents me from updating Windows on my computer. Whenever I try to update Windows while connected to the firewall, the update fails and gives me an error message. However, when I connect to a different network, the update works fine. This is very frustrating and inconvenient for me, as I need to keep my Windows up to date for security and performance reasons. Can you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible? Is there a setting or a rule on the firewall that blocks Windows updates? If so, can you please change it or tell me how to change it myself? I appreciate your assistance and cooperation on this matter.

    Run a packet capture and review the logs to determine what function of the Sonicwall is blocking the traffic.
