SonicWall SOHO Connection Dropping

We have a SonicWall SOHO with Firmware version SonicOS Enhanced 5.9.2.14---12o.
The users report unstable connection and slow loading of web pages. Then I ping adresses on the outside I often get "request timed out" for the 5 og 6 first tries, after that it gets stable. When I use the ping command from the SOHO itself, there is no problems.
Any ideas?

I have contacted my ISP. The fiber-line is working just fine.
Hi @Dr_Sven3 , this sounds like a negotiation issue with the WAN interface, try setting the WAN Link Speed manually to full duplex, if still no joy change to use another Interface like X2 and configure this with your WAN details and set this as your primary WAN in the Failover & LB section as it could be a faulty WAN port, to do this you would need to un-assign the current X1 WAN I don't think on the old TZ's you can un-assign the Default WAN Interface but you can just set this to DHCP if it complains
another issue could possibly be a faulty power supply have you had any powers surges recently?
