I'm able to connect via the SonicWALL vpn app to the firewall using Windows. When I try from a MAC or Android device I get "... is currently unreachable or is not a valid SonicWall appliance." Any ideas as to why?
Firmware is relatively up-to-date. This requires some troubleshooting with capturing packets on the firewall and checking if there is any useful information in the Log Events @itsmetaso
