I don't see Dropbox anymore in the Cloud App Store page. Was support for it removed? It's still in the documentation though.
It is there. I can see it in my tenant.
I checked on two tenants, one shows it and the other does not. Must be something going on with the other tenant.
Check the licensing on the tenant where we are not seeing Dropbox. Is it licensed for Basic Package?
In datasheet-sonicwall-cloud-app-security.pdf we can find the difference between Basic and Advanced package.
Actually it's just the other way around. Basic tenant shows Dropbox, Advanced doesn't. I checked another Advanced tenant and there it's visible, so seems to be a problem only on this one tenant.
