Support gave me a workaround for segregating the webmail service from Email App category, For that you would have to create the application match objects through the Shell.
Under Config mode via SSH session:
*******************************************
match-object WEBMAIL
type application-list
no applications
application category id 58 app id 215
application category id 58 app id 1018
application category id 58 app id 1449
application category id 58 app id 396
application category id 58 app id 119
application category id 58 app id 1464
application category id 58 app id 645
application category id 58 app id 916
application category id 58 app id 145
application category id 58 app id 146
application category id 58 app id 644
application category id 58 app id 968
application category id 58 app id 163
application category id 58 app id 161
application category id 58 app id 164
application category id 58 app id 397
application category id 58 app id 1574
application category id 58 app id 917
exit
commit
*************************************************
This will create WEBMAIL match object that can be used in the App rules to block the web mail traffic.
NB: As well as I noticed that, WEB MAIL category they removed from regardless the SonicOS version & its merged with EMAIL APP category.

i do have more than 150 units all are showing same regardless of the firmware version. complaint created.
Support confirmed that its their back end issue and they are working on with their engineering team.
I have checked and our customers has same issues. I hope they are going to resolve ASAP
Support is telling that, their Back end team merged the Webmail category into the Email App category.
How we can segregate the Email App & Webmail signature from the same category. Their back end team mistake they are trying to coverup with this merging story.
How they can do this like severe changes without inform the customer as a reputed security vendor.
@Ajishlal Thanks for the heads up. Classic 'mistake'.
